People with intellectual disabilities also have the right to work!

Anthony Kennedy created a program called Best Buddies at Georgetown University in which students could sponsor people with disabilities with the aim of generating a friendship between them in order to teach them various things that could help them at some point in their lives.

This project came to Colombia in 2003 thanks to a couple Mrs. Olga Lucia Lacouture and Mr. Bernardo Vargas who have a daughter with intellectual disabilities. Today the synonymous organization for profit (Friends of the soul) has more than 600 people with disabilities and in different cities of the country. For us as a company, it seems very important that in our country we support people with disabilities. What prevents them from doing things? on the contrary, they are people who prove to be capable and carry out the activities assigned to them without any problem.
