Physician and Surgeon with postgraduate studies in Business Management, Public Health and Epidemiology, specializations in Tropical Medicine – Community Health and Social Management in Social Protection Systems. I have served as an advisor to PAHO/WHO in early childhood and pregnant programs, in the Directorate of Promotion and Prevention and the Subdirectorate of Communicable Diseases of the Ministry of Health, as well as in the Coordination of Ambulatory Management and High Cost of the Company New EPS Health Promoter and Medical Assistance Coordinator of Specialized IPS Health Units.

I have participated in the design and implementation of comprehensive treatment protocols with Antiretrovirals and nutritional support for the population infected by HIV/AIDS and HIV/TB co-infection, programs for nutritional support for pregnant women and newborns of infected mothers; Likewise, coordinate the Maternal and Perinatal Mortality, Infant Mortality, Congenital and Gestational Syphilis and HIV/AIDS programs, the design and implementation of sentinel studies in vulnerable populations and the monitoring of the management of these programs in the Hospital Network and EPS of Bogotá and Cundinamarca; I worked as an advisor and consultant to the pharmaceutical industry for marketing and commercial approach in immunization and nutrition projects and in technical support for the implementation, monitoring, follow-up and evaluation of impact on the burden of disease and nutritional recovery.
