PLAN HEALTH
SCOPE
This proposal aims to reduce medical costs and increase efficiency in care. It will be achieved by implementing measures to improve the quality of care and reduce unnecessary costs. To achieve this objective, the following activities will be developed:
1. Analysis of technical notes: The contracted technical note will be analyzed to contextualize the scope and objectives of the contract, financial aspects, required human talent and forms of evaluation.
2. Operational data analytics: The team will analyze delivery data to identify the areas that generate the highest costs and areas where efficiencies can be improved. Detailed analyzes of the operation, cost and delivery data (service provision) will be carried out.
3. Improvement of the quality of care: The development of initiatives to improve the quality of medical care will be supported. These initiatives will include the implementation of evidence-based practices, monitoring adherence to treatment protocols, patient education, and improving communication between health care providers with leading professionals in each area.
4.Waste reduction (unnecessary costs): The team will identify unnecessary costs and develop initiatives to reduce them. These initiatives may include eliminating unnecessary procedures, reducing the costs of procedures, and improving administrative processes.
5. Technology Implementation: Technological solutions will be implemented to improve efficiency in medical care, such as the automation of administrative processes and the proper management of electronic health records.
6. Continuous monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of health care costs and efficiencies will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of initiatives implemented through dashboards and make adjustments as necessary.
This management will be accompanied by a medical cost and efficiency management team that will be in charge, using advanced analytics, of identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in medical care at your institution and proposing paths for improvement.
The success of the project will be measured by reducing service costs, minimizing waste and generally increasing efficiency in the development of the contract. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be established to assess the progress of the improvement.
