SCOPE
This proposal aims to provide support in: Processing environmental licenses, attending oral proceedings, verifying the ICLA (Environmental Legal Compliance Index), verifying prevention, mitigation, compensation works for the different works, activities or projects carried out. carried out in the Hydrocarbon Blocks or fields. It will be achieved through the implementation of measures to review and adjust, if necessary, jointly with the client, the quality of the studies, management plans, Emergency plans (only Environmental SST is not covered), Contingency Plans, execution plans, development for compliance with the ICLA oral and maintenance acts and reduce or avoid unnecessary costs. To achieve this objective, the following activities will be developed:
1. Environmental analysis report: A report that presents the current ICLA analysis, identifying the areas of greatest vulnerability (office work and subsequent work at the different points where works, activities or projects are carried out) and the factors that contribute to them. This report would provide a clear view of the impacts, repetitive non-compliance and costs and would serve as a starting point for the implementation of strategies for the company's environmental compliance.
This management will be accompanied by a multidisciplinary environmental management team that will be in charge, using advanced analytics, of identifying and analyzing inefficiencies in Environmental compliance in your institution and proposing improvement routes to government bodies.
2. Environmental care efficiency analysis report: A report that analyzes the efficiency of existing Environmental care processes and practices. This report would identify areas where improvements can be made to increase efficiency and optimize resources.
